Please place items in an envelope addressed to the Child Support Agency and place in the side marked "Human Services/Child Support/Public Health". If dropping off a payment, please secure check/money order in an envelope with your name, address and PIN number or SSN so payment is applied correctly. NO CASH PAYMENTS. The drop box is secure and is checked daily.

1. Debit Card -A debit card will automatically be issued when we receive the first payment UNLESS a request for direct deposit is sent to the trust fund before the first payment is received.

Important: You must have your current address on file with the Child Support Agency. When debit card renewed/replaced they are sent to the address that the Child Support Agency has on file in their records.
