Sending Tax Bills: The Town, Village and City treasurers, mail the Real Estate and Personal Property Tax Bills in December.
If you do not receive your tax bill by December 31st, please verify your mailing address with your Town, Village, or City treasurer or contact the Crawford County Treasurer’s Office.
Personal Property Taxes:
All personal property taxes for businesses and mobile homes are paid to the Town, Village or City treasurer.
Real Estate Payment Options:
1. Pay the entire tax bill in full to the Town, Village or City by January 31st.
2. Pay the first installment to the Town, Village or City by January 31st.
3. Pay the second installment after January 31st to the County Treasurer by July 31st.
All Real Estate Tax Payments made February 1st and after must be paid to the Crawford County Treasurer (both Delinquent and Postponed).
Payments by Mail:
Payments that are mailed must be addressed to the proper Treasurer and must be postmarked by the U.S. Postal Service no later than the payment due date.
Payments In Person:
Payments that are hand-delivered must be to the proper Treasurer by the due date.

On the next page, please enter your Parcel Number, for example 00112340000.
(For Multiple Parcels, only one is necessary with the Total Payment.)
There will be a Convenience Fee for this service presented for your review before you submit your payment. The fees are: Credit Card or Debit Card = 2.4% & Electronic Check = $1.50. (Fees are subject to change based on Point & Pay.)

Failure to Pay on Time:
If either installment of Real Estate Taxes is late, the TOTAL UNPAID Tax is delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.0% and .5% penalty per month retroactive from February 1 until paid in full to the County Treasurer.
Tax information is public record; you can view it (free-of-charge) on the County website. You may visit our office to view the records on file. If you desire a copy of a record there is a $.25 per copy fee in office, faxed is $1.00 for the initial fax and $.25 per page thereafter, and if you need a copy mailed it is $.25 per page, plus the postage amount.
