Land Records Search Information
All land record information is available online from June 28, 2001 forward. Currently we have scanned and grantor/grantee indexed back to April 24, 1991 so these documents are searchable via document number or grantor/grantee information. We are in the process of also indexing them via tract index however that process is not completed yet. The quality control of the back scanned documents has not been completed so if you are doing a complete title search you will want to come in the office for that. We plan to have another back scan project this year (2016) to make even more records available online. If you wish to search online please go to the Resources portion of the site for the link to our online records area.
There are 2 ways to search, for the occasional user you will want to use Tapestry site (link below). If you are a frequent user you will want to use the Laredo portion of that site, if you would like more information on obtaining a Laredo account please contact me @ 608-326-0219 or rod@crawfordcountywi.org.
