About the Program
This program is designed to help individuals effectively manage long-term conditions like diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, chronic pain, and depression. We focus on providing people with the knowledge and tools they need to take control of their health, manage their symptoms, and live healthier, happier lives. Whether it’s managing daily tasks, dealing with pain, or improving mental well-being, participants will learn key skills to enhance their health and well-being, empowering them to take charge of their health and lead a fulfilling life despite their condition.
The goal of this program is to teach you self-care, stress management, and mindfulness. You’ll learn coping strategies to handle emotional challenges, effective exercise routines for improving health, and how to communicate with healthcare providers to make informed decisions.
