Complaints can be reported to the health department and will be investigated.
A human health hazard (HHH) is any action, act, occupation, condition or use of property which shall substantially injure or endanger the safety, comfort, health of the public or adversely affect, or potential to affect, the health of a person or general public.
HHH concerns can be reported to the health department and will be investigated. If it is determined that the concern is a human health hazard, mitigation measures will be recommended and the department will work with the property owner and/or other agencies to mitigate the issue.
