The Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program helps children with disabilities and their families through supports and services that help children grow and live their best lives in their home and community.
We know that parents and caregivers may need extra support. Working with you, the program helps your child get what they need.
To apply for the program call 608 326 0248 and ask to speak to the intake worker to apply for the CLTS program.
