Payments

Options for Making Payments:

1. To make a payment please make a check, cashiers check or money order to:

  • WISCTF,
    Box 74200, Milwaukee, WI
  • 53274-0200
  • Please put you PIN # on your check to ensure proper credit

2. Drop off a check or money order at the local agency. For your convenience there is a drop box located at the Administration Building (North Beaumont Rd entrance) wherein documents, payments, etc may be dropped off. Please place items in an envelope addressed to the Child Support Agency and place in the side marked "Human Services/Child Support/Public Health". If dropping off a payment, please secure check/money order in an envelope with your name, address and PIN number or SSN so payment is applied correctly. NO CASH PAYMENTS. The drop box is secure and is checked daily.

3. Online via Allpaid. Allpaid (f/k/a GovPay) accepts the following: credit, debit and prepaid debit card brands: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Debit. Please note that a service fee is charged for the transaction. Click here to pay now

Options for Receiving Payments:

1. Debit Card -A debit card will automatically be issued when we receive the first payment UNLESS a request for direct deposit is sent to the trust fund before the first payment is received.

2. Direct Deposit to bank account -click here for the form to sign up for direct deposit.

You can sign up to view and print your payment history, update your address and phone number, print payment coupons, and see balances owed. You are also able to see activity on your case.

Debit Cards:

Important: You must have your current address on file with the Child Support Agency. When debit card renewed/replaced they are sent to the address that the Child Support Agency has on file in their records.

If you are experiencing problems with your debit card:

You must call Way2Go Debit Card Customer Service at (877) 253-3686 -the Child Support Agency cannot access debit cards.

The following steps can be taken to be forwarded to a live representative:

  1. Call the Customer Service phone number of (877) 253-3686. 
  2. Select 1 for English.
  3. It will ask for your card number; you can enter your card number or press #.
  4. Enter 2.
  5. Enter SSN, DOB, & PIN of 1234.
  6. A message will say that information could not be verified, and then ask you to enter it again.
  7. Enter the same information above for a second time.

You should then be transferred to a customer service representative.
