JUDICIAL ASSISTANT: HEIDI BECWAR
The Judicial Assistant works under the Circuit Court Judge and provides all administrative, clerical, and secretarial support for the Judge’s office. The Judicial Assistant also conducts and coordinates phone and in-court scheduling conferences with attorneys and parties, monitors overall case flow of all cases filed in the Circuit Court, tracks all cases individually for scheduling and assurance that court-ordered deadlines and obligations are met, and identifies cases that need specialized attention by the Judge and schedules the matters as deemed appropriate.
Any requests for scheduling conferences, remote appearances, adjournments of hearings, out-of-county judicial assignment scheduling, etc., should be made through the Judicial Assistant’s office by calling (608) 326-0205. Any requests for remote appearances or adjournments of hearings should be done in advance of the court date and time.

COURT REPORTER: JESSICA BIRD
Court reporters use computer aided transcription / digital audio recording (DAR) equipment to create a verbatim record of legal proceedings held by the Circuit Court Judge. Court reporters are responsible for ensuring a complete, accurate, and secure legal record. Transcripts of court proceedings can be requested in the following manners:
